Most of our products are FREE SHIPPING (in the continental U.S.) We use U.S.P.S. for most of our shipping. We do have Expedited and International Shipping available. Costs can be calculated when purchasing.

We are more than happy to ship your items to addresses outside of the U.S.A. Contact us for pricing to your location. *Regarding Customs Fees for International Buyers: every country has different laws and tax rates regarding whether or not the government will charge you customs duties when you import goods into your country. These are not additional fees that we are charging you; these are import taxes that your own government is charging you, and unfortunately, we are not able to control that.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take the item back within 10 days of the delivery date and provide you with a refund, or exchange. Returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition. Once we receive the item, we will refund your original purchase price (minus any shipping costs).

Damaged or Missing ItemsDamaged or missing merchandise MUST be reported within 5 days of arrival and is the responsibility of the customer. Date of arrival will be checked with the tracking number.

Exchanges
We will gladly exchange your item for a different size, style of the same product or a different item altogether.Exchanged items must be of the same or higher value of the original item. If you are exchanging your item please follow these instructions:
Place another order selecting the style and size you need (your credit card will be charged for the replacement order)Within the checkout section, in the [Comment] section, please indicate that your order placed now is an exchange and that you will be sending your original order back. Ship your original order back to us with a copy of your invoice and a note indicating that you are exchanging it.Please ship the package back with a tracking number so that the package is traceable. We are not responsible for packages lost in shipping When your original order is received, we will issue a refund back to your credit card for the value of the original item and notify you via e-mail
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangable Items
The following items can NOT be returned for a refund OR exchange:
All items within the Lingerie, Hosiery, or any Custom Made product. *Lingerie, Undergarments, Underwear, Corsets, Panties are also non-returnable due to Health Regulations *Any items with signs of wear or damage, missing tags, missing the original packaging *All returned items must be unworn and in resalable condition
Sending the Package to Us
Please return all items with all original packaging to insure a safe return.We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping so suggest purchasing tracking. When Returning an item, PLEASE be sure to send using delivery confirmation or tracking.Please include the copy of Invoice along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
